SalaamPay is an internet and mobile banking application developed and maintained by Salaam Microfinance Bank, located in Nairobi Kenya, with its headquarters at Park Plaza, Moktar Daddah Street, Nairobi Kenya.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use SalaamPay.

If you choose to use SalaamPay, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

How do we protect your information?

We use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13.
